Short study of bouguereau's dante and virgil.. so missed a lot of things in the actual painting.  I can't ever pronounce this guy's name properly.

Still a struggle to find a workflow. Sometimes I think I know what to do, then I moogle around unsure of
what I should do next.  :I  With painting snow, in some areas it still feels the same, like I didn't shape it enough. Plus reflected light is shot in this one.

long update

Posting doodles and some in development pieces. I update my tumblr more often than this blog. D:

Summer went pretty great, learnt lots though I always wish I can learn and do more!

I'm at the point where I'm comfortable with drawing, as opposed to before where I feel like everything I put down is a bloody mistake.

Starting a creature a day thing to get better! I update most often at my tumblr! Check it out if you have the time. Also posting cool stuff by other people on it.. you know how tumblr is... a cesspool of awesome.

more studies

Mountain photo study. I've been doing a lot of drawing studies, though not a lot of the classical kind. Still trying to improve on getting the shape and lines down accurately before I go in.

 Sargent's Dame Ehel Drawing is still off.  :I

I remembered complaining about what a dumbass I was in forgetting to save my other digital life paintings... but as it turns out they've decided to surface for the summer from the depths of my hard drive. :D

The warm up sketches for these are still MIA.. but better than nothing!
